Besides being super comfy and soft, QHOOBI’s scrubs are made from a twill fabric with the following qualities:

• - Silvadur™ Anti-Microbial Treatment – Keeps garments odor resistant, inhibits the growth of bacteria, algae, yeast, and other microorganisms, which can cause odor and fabric damage, and furthers the useful life of your garments 
• - Moisture Wicking – Soaks up moisture and helps you regulate the body temperature
• - Four-way Stretch – Supports your flexibility and agility
• - Anti-Wrinkle – Wash-and-wear minimizes the need for ironing and should save you time!
• - Blend – 75% Polyester, 19% Rayon and 6% Spandex

QHOOBI’s garment sizes are graded according to the U.S. standard sizing charts and are comparable to the fits of the leading US-based medical scrub brands. 

Overall, our scrubs have a fitted look and feel. If you like a fitted look and feel, then order the same size as your current fitted scrubs. For a loose-fitting look and feel, please order one size up.

For lasting wear, we recommend that you wash QHOOBI scrubs in cold water, inside out with like colors and tumble dry at low heat.

NOTE: Do not iron the reflective 'Q' or 'QHOOBI' logos. Doing so could damage the reflective film and your scrubs.

Non-custom orders shipped to the US typically take 7-8 business days. Custom orders can take up to 10 additional days to arrive. We use FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS as our shipping carriers. In rare cases, there might be a delay with the shipping carrier. In such instances, we do not take responsibility for the delay. Importantly, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email update with the order tracking information.

U.S. customers may exchange or return eligible items (see Eligibility Conditions and Exclusions in the policy) for refund or store credit up to 30 days from the order date. All return and exchange eligible items must reach us within 45 days of the order date. 

Please note that every item to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and unwashed with all the original tags attached. Any order or item customized with embroidery, logo, icon and/or sleeve or inseam adjustment is Final Sale and not return eligible.

Printed Icon Placement and Size: On the left sleeve and 2-inch x 2-inch size

Embroidered Logo Placement and Size: On the right chest (default placement). In the event, you have picked text embroidery to be placed on the right side, logo will be placed on the left chest above the pockets.

Digitally Printed Colors and Formats: For digitally printed icons and logos, our system supports RGB (red, green, blue) for producing digital prints of your logo or icon. We have mapped color pallet to match RGB to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, key) to ensure proper 4-color printing of your logo. Acceptable file formats for logo include:

• EPS – Encapsulated PostScript
• PNG – Portable Network Graphic
• AI – Adobe Illustrator
• PDF – Adobe Photoshop
• JPEG / JPG – High Resolution
• TIFF – High Resolution
  

Depending on the resolution and pixels, JPEG, JPG and TIFF files get blurry when enlarged. If submitting such a file, please follow these guidelines:

• 100% scale (full size output) at 100 dpi
• PNG – Portable Network Graphic
• 50% scale at 200 dpi or higher
• 25% scale at 300 dpi or higher
• 10% scale at 600-1200 dpi
  

Vector: Line art is scalable to any size; it never loses resolution, and the image stays clean and crisp. Vector files can be submitted in any size, in proportion to your logo.

Logo Proof: For your complete satisfaction, we will provide a digital logo proof for your approval and feedback via email within 2-3 business days of your order before proceeding to customize your scrubs.

With the legal disclaimer out of the way, here is how to create your own custom icon:

1. Go to Microsoft’s Bing site, which comes with an in-built Copilot capability
2. Click on the colorful Copilot logo/link 
3. Enter your prompt in the search/dialogue box and describe the image you want to create in as much detail as possible. The more specific your prompt, the better the generated image will match your vision. Avoid background colors and shadows outside of the main image. You can usually refine the prompt until you're satisfied with the icon result. For example, you can type "Create a circular shaped colorful image of an ambulance. Keep the background color white. No shadows."
4. Download and upload icon from your device using the 'Select File' button next to 'Upload Icon File' 

Pro Tip: Be sure to save the file in a PNG format or one of the other supported formats (see the #8 FAQ for the File Format details) for the best image resolution.
